Soul TCG is operated from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
By accessing or using SoulTCG.com, purchasing a product, participating in a Soul TCG event, viewing our content or otherwise interacting with our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the notices and disclaimers below, together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-, promotion-, event- or platform-specific terms.
Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to remove or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Soul TCG makes no guarantee that any product will increase, retain or maintain its value.
Purchasing a collectible should not be treated as a guaranteed investment, financial asset or source of profit.
Soul TCG does not guarantee:
- Future resale value;
- Future market demand;
- Price appreciation;
- Scarcity;
- Future grading value;
- Future population reports;
- Future collector interest;
- Liquidity; or
- Any particular return on purchase.
Past market performance does not guarantee future value.
3. COLLECTIBLE MARKET PRICES
Prices shown on SoulTCG.com are retail prices established by Soul TCG.
Market prices published or referenced by third parties may differ materially.
A product's price may be affected by:
- Supply and demand;
- Set popularity;
- Player demand;
- Collector demand;
- Tournament results;
- New releases;
- Reprints;
- Product availability;
- Condition;
- Grading;
- Population reports;
- Regional pricing;
- Currency fluctuations;
- Market speculation; and
- Other factors.
Soul TCG does not guarantee that its prices will match prices on TCGplayer, eBay, Cardmarket, Facebook Marketplace, other retailers, auction sites or any other marketplace.
A difference between Soul TCG's price and another seller's price does not constitute an error or entitle a customer to a refund or price adjustment.
4. CARD CONDITION
For individual cards and collectibles, condition assessments are based on Soul TCG's internal assessment and applicable industry practices.
Condition descriptions are not guarantees of a third-party grading result.
A card described by Soul TCG as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played or another condition may receive a different assessment from another:
- Collector;
- Retailer;
- Marketplace;
- Buyer; or
- Professional grading company.
Normal manufacturing characteristics may exist, including:
- Centering variation;
- Print lines;
- Whitening;
- Factory scratches;
- Surface imperfections;
- Edge imperfections;
- Off-centering;
- Miscuts; or
- Other production characteristics.
Such characteristics do not necessarily mean that a card is damaged or inaccurately described.
5. PROFESSIONAL GRADING
Soul TCG is not a professional grading company unless specifically identified otherwise.
Nothing on SoulTCG.com represents that a card will receive any particular grade from:
- PSA;
- Beckett;
- CGC;
- SGC;
- TAG;
- ACE; or
- Any other grading company.
Soul TCG does not guarantee:
- Gem Mint grades;
- Specific subgrades;
- Future grading outcomes;
- Regrades;
- Crossovers;
- Population reports; or
- Grading-company acceptance.
Submitting a card for professional grading is the customer's decision and responsibility.
6. AUTHENTICITY
Soul TCG does not knowingly sell counterfeit products.
We take authenticity seriously and source products through legitimate channels to the extent described in our product listings and business materials.
However, nothing on the website constitutes a blanket warranty that a third-party manufacturer, grading company, marketplace or other external organization will reach the same conclusion regarding authenticity.
Where an authenticity concern arises, Soul TCG may investigate the specific product and transaction.
7. SEALED PRODUCT
Sealed collectible products are subject to manufacturer packaging and production processes outside Soul TCG's control.
Minor external packaging imperfections may occur, including:
- Dents;
- Scuffs;
- Scratches;
- Corner wear;
- Wrap imperfections;
- Small tears;
- Factory seal inconsistencies; or
- Other cosmetic variations.
These imperfections do not automatically indicate that a product has been tampered with or that its contents are defective.
For sealed TCG products, the applicable Return & Refund Policy governs eligibility for any remedy.
8. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES & DEFECTS
Soul TCG does not manufacture most of the branded products it sells.
Manufacturer warranties, guarantees, replacement programs and quality-control policies are controlled by the applicable manufacturer or publisher.
Examples may include defects involving:
- Printing;
- Missing cards;
- Misprints;
- Factory damage;
- Missing components;
- Packaging;
- Manufacturing quality.
Soul TCG may assist with directing customers to the appropriate manufacturer or publisher, but does not guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a replacement, refund or other claim.
9. PRODUCT IMAGES & REPRESENTATIONS
Soul TCG makes reasonable efforts to display products and their characteristics accurately.
However:
- Screen settings can affect colours;
- Manufacturer packaging can change;
- Product artwork can vary;
- Product images may be stock images;
- Production runs may differ;
- Manufacturer specifications can change;
- Regional packaging can differ; and
- Product listings can occasionally contain errors.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product images should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the exact photographed item, packaging variation or manufacturing revision will be supplied.
Where an individual collectible is specifically listed as the exact item shown, the applicable listing controls.
10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability shown online is not guaranteed until the applicable order has been accepted by Soul TCG.
Inventory may change because of:
- Sales;
- Inventory discrepancies;
- Supplier allocations;
- Distributor shortages;
- Damaged inventory;
- Technical errors;
- Pre-order allocations;
- Manufacturer shortages; or
- Other circumstances.
Soul TCG reserves the rights described in its Terms of Service to correct inventory errors and cancel or adjust affected orders.
11. PRE-ORDERS & RELEASE DATES
Manufacturer and publisher release dates may change.
Pre-order quantities may also be affected by:
- Manufacturer allocations;
- Distributor allocations;
- Supply shortages;
- Delays;
- Cancellations;
- Production issues;
- Shipping delays; or
- Other circumstances beyond Soul TCG's control.
A displayed release date is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Product-specific pre-order terms take precedence over general website statements.
12. RANDOMIZED PRODUCTS, MYSTERY PRODUCTS & PULLS
Soul TCG may sell products containing randomized or unknown contents.
Randomized products may include:
- Mystery packs;
- Mystery products;
- Repacks;
- Pull games;
- Wheels;
- Randomized bundles;
- Breaks;
- Rip & Ship;
- Community games; and
- Other randomized formats.
Randomization means that specific outcomes are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
A customer is not entitled to a particular card, rarity, chase, value or outcome simply because it is desirable or historically associated with the product.
Where odds, quantities, chase cards or other information are explicitly advertised, the applicable product or event terms govern.
13. LIVE COMMERCE & WHATNOT
Soul TCG participates in livestream commerce and third-party marketplace activity, including Whatnot. SoulTCG.com currently directs customers to Soul TCG's livestream presence through Whatnot.
Live purchases may involve:
- Auctions;
- Randomized games;
- Breaks;
- Rip & Ship;
- Wheels;
- Giveaways;
- Mystery products;
- Limited-time promotions; and
- Other interactive formats.
Outcomes, rules, procedures and transaction terms may differ from ordinary website purchases.
Third-party platform terms and policies apply to transactions completed on those platforms.
14. FAN ART & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Soul TCG may sell or display fan art, custom artwork, artist-created products, fan-made merchandise and other creative works.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Soul TCG does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property depicted in those works.
Names, characters, logos, artwork and other recognizable intellectual property may belong to their respective owners.
Fan art and custom products are not necessarily official, licensed, endorsed or sponsored by the applicable intellectual-property owner.
Where a product is presented as an unofficial fan-created work, that status should be understood accordingly.
15. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT
The names, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, card designs, game mechanics and other intellectual property associated with Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Konami, Disney, Hasbro and other publishers, manufacturers and rights holders belong to their respective owners.
Soul TCG uses third-party names, logos and product references for identification, descriptive, retail and informational purposes where applicable.
Nothing on SoulTCG.com transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Soul TCG or to website users.
16. SOUL TCG INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Soul TCG owns or has permission to use its original:
- Branding;
- Logos;
- Written content;
- Website design;
- Original photographs;
- Graphics;
- Videos;
- Marketing materials;
- Guides;
- Articles; and
- Other original content.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, commercial redistribution or republishing is prohibited as described in our Terms of Service.

Soul TCG does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their:

- Availability;

- Privacy practices;

- Pricing; or

Visiting or purchasing from a third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
18. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT INFORMATION
Soul TCG may reproduce information supplied by manufacturers, distributors, publishers, vendors or other third parties.

20. PARTNER & VENDOR FULFILLMENT
Certain products may be fulfilled directly by approved partners, vendors, distributors or other suppliers rather than from Soul TCG's shop.

Where the Shipping Policy establishes a partner/vendor delivery period, that period applies before an ordinary delivery-delay claim is considered.

Reviews, comments, photographs, messages and other content submitted by users represent the views of the submitting user and not necessarily the views of Soul TCG.
Soul TCG does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates our Terms or applicable law.
28. NO PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL
Soul TCG may provide informal opinions about collectible values, conditions, rarity or desirability.
Such opinions are not professional appraisals and should not be relied upon for:
- Insurance;
- Estate valuation;
- Tax reporting;
- Litigation;
- Financing;
- Accounting;
- Investment decisions; or
- Other formal purposes.
A qualified professional should be consulted where a formal valuation is required.
29. NO GUARANTEE OF RESALE
Soul TCG is not obligated to repurchase a product because:
- Its value decreased;
- The customer cannot find a buyer;
- A different buyer offers less;
- A grading company assigned a different condition;
- Market demand changed; or
- The customer expected a higher resale value.
Any future buylist or purchase offer is a separate transaction governed by the terms applicable to that transaction.
30. NO ENDORSEMENT
References to third-party brands, manufacturers, publishers, artists, grading companies, marketplaces, vendors, events or services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Where Soul TCG identifies a product as official, licensed or otherwise authorized, that representation will be based on the information reasonably available to us.
31. LIMITATION OF RELIANCE
You acknowledge that you are not relying on:
- Marketing language;
- Product popularity;
- Market forecasts;
- Social-media commentary;
- Collector opinions;
- User reviews;
- Future-value expectations;
- Third-party data; or
- Informal statements
as guaranteed representations unless expressly stated as part of the applicable transaction.
The written product listing, order confirmation and applicable Soul TCG policies govern the transaction.
32. NO IMPLIED PROMISE OF FUTURE AVAILABILITY
A product previously sold or displayed by Soul TCG may not remain available.
Past inventory, historical prices, previous promotions and previous releases do not guarantee future availability, pricing or restocks.
“Coming soon,” “restock,” “anticipated,” “expected” or similar language is informational unless expressly stated otherwise.
